The Railway Tie Association's Annual Conference brings together leaders from across the wood tie supply chain for three days of education, market insights, technical programming, and networking. Attendees will hear from industry experts, connect with exhibitors, and enjoy networking receptions, breakfasts, lunches, and optional excursions showcasing Fort Lauderdale. Private breakout rooms are available throughout the conference on a first-come, first-served basis for meetings with customers, colleagues, and business partners.

All RTA members are invited to attend the R&D Committee Meeting on Monday, October 19, at 3:00 p.m., followed by a Welcome Reception at 5:00 p.m. Conference activities will wrap up on Wednesday, October 21, with a lively pirate-themed reception and closing ceremonies. Attendees are encouraged to come dressed as their favorite pirate, speak in their best pirate voice, and join us for a swashbuckling send-off to an unforgettable conference.

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations received on or before October 2, 2026, are eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 2, 2026. Substitutions may be made after this date by calling (770) 460-5553 or emailing ties@rta.org.

Registration for, attendance at, or participation in RTA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to RTA’s use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant’s or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, and audiotapes of such events and activities.

RTA reminds its members that the following practices are not permitted:

• Agreeing to fix or set prices, markups or terms of a sale.
• Agreeing to fix territories or allocate customers.
• Promoting a boycott of any producer or supplier.
