Time is running out to save on registration for the 2026 RTA Annual Conference, Oct. 19-22 at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. RTA’s Early Bird Registration Discount ends Sept. 1.
The largest annual gathering of the wood tie community will feature a full lineup of educational sessions covering railroad engineering, government affairs, research and innovation, tie end-of-life solutions, hardwood marketplace perspectives and Class I railroad procurement. The conference also includes a keynote address from Pinsly's Cassie Dull, exhibits, award presentations, and plenty of opportunities for networking.
Meals and breaks will take place in the exhibit area. As in previous years, RTA has reserved several breakout meeting rooms available for attendee use on a first-come, first-served basis.
Attendees can also take advantage of several optional activities, including the popular RTA Golf Tournament, limited to 72 golfers; an Everglades airboat tour; and a Millionaire’s Row tour. The conference will wrap up Wednesday evening with RTA’s Closing Reception featuring live music, light fare and a Pirates of the Caribbean theme.
